During this session you will have the chance to work in a small group with Transformational Leadership expert Rachel James-Patch. Rachel will share proven strategies for successful leaders and you will leave bursting with ideas to develop your own successful business leadership style.
Presenting with Confidence
Facilitated by Carol Noakes from Voice Ltd
Getting your business message across effectively can be challenging and daunting for even the most seasoned business executive. During this session Carol Noakes from Voice Ltd will share tips and professional techniques to make the most of your body language and your voice to build rapport with your audience and present with confidence.
One to One Coaching Sessions
Maximise the potential from your Insights Discovery Profile for your own personal development through a one to one personal coaching session with one of the Insights Discovery South West Mentor Team. In this very individual session you will explore your Insights Wheel Position and Discovery Graphs with an expert and leave with a more detailed understanding of how you may want to use this powerful information for your own future personal development.
Workshop review and close
In this final session, Nina Lovatt from HT Training will summarise key learning points from the day and delegates will have a final chance to network with each other and with their hosts over a glass of wine and some nibbles.
