Amy joins HT Training as an Associate Trainer and specialises in development programmes for front office, reservations and for customer service.  Amy’s love of training developed during her time spent with Moat House as their Front Office Trainer here in the UK and she has not looked back since.

In 2010 Amy became licensed to deliver the Welcome to Excellence suite of courses including Welcome Host Gold.

We love working with Amy because she always delivers for the customer and the delegates.  She demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the front office function and really does understand how it feels to stand in a receptionist’s shoes.  Her experiences add real value to her front office and reception development programmes. 

Amy lives in the Peak District and has a young family so we love her even more when she agrees to travel somewhere far away and work with our HT Training customers!
