Edward joins HT Training as an Associate Trainer and specialises in team development and customer service.  Edward has tons of industry based experience having worked with various hotel groups and exclusive caterers.  He is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and is a licensed TetraMap practitioner.

We love working with Edward as he really is in love with the process of developing and training people.  His passion lends itself really well to working with teams to improve team dynamics and performance.  Edward is a great guy and he brings fun and high energy to our programmes.
