Nina was encouraged into a training and development role by Virginia Barlow at Sarova Hotels. Virginia identified Nina’s energetic and motivational training style and started her training career off by getting her to train Duty Managers to carry out persuasive hotel showrounds. Nina has never looked back. Through her various senior sales and marketing roles Nina continued to develop her training style and experience. Prior to setting up her own business, Marigold Consulting UK Ltd, in 2003, Nina held senior sales and marketing positions with: Conde Nast Johansens, The Eton Town House Group and Sarova Hotels. Nina also worked in a part time marketing role for IBM’s healthcare and life sciences division and provided freelance marketing support to specialist agency Number 20 Ltd in London.
