HT Training’s preferred psychometric tool is Insights Discovery. Based on the psychology of Carl Jung, Discovery has applications at both individual and organisational level.
We use Discovery as our preferred tool because:

Learners are asked to complete a 24 frame online evaluator and based on their answers a unique individual personal profile is created. Using their profiles learners then explore their personal preferences for behaviours and communication styles and what that means in terms of everyday professional life and how that information can be used to drive performance forwards.
