Founded by Rosemary Bannister and Nina Lovatt in March 2008 the company was set up to:

  • Develop a network of specialised trainers, coaches and mentors

Rosemary Bannister

 

Rosemary is an award winning sales and marketing professional with 20 years experience in hospitality and tourism.   After graduating with a degree in hospitality management from Strathclyde University, Rosemary entered the hotel industry and worked for Hilton, Intercontinental and Jarvis Hotels.

 

In 2001 Rosemary established Dynamic Selling Ltd to offer training and consultancy services specialising in sales and management training. 

Rosemary holds a diploma in business coaching and incorporates her coaching skills into her training, consulting, and coaching programmes. 

 

Nina Lovatt

 

After graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Hotel and Catering Management, Nina worked for Hilton, Sarova Hotels, The Eton Group and for Condé Nast Johansens as the Publisher of their North American Recommended Hotel Guide.  While studying for her Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing she worked part time for Number 20 Ltd, the London based events agency and also for IBM in a European marketing role.

 

In 2003 Nina established Marigold Consulting Ltd offering bite sized sales and marketing skills based training workshops for hospitality and tourism businesses in the South West.

 

In 2006 Nina was awarded a licence to deliver Welcome Host training from Tourism South East.
